Now you can make your own version of a Canada's Wonderland Funnel Cake!

We all have our favourite things we look foward to each year at Canada’s Wonderland.

For me, I have the fondest memories of The Minebuster rollercoaster, and the Funnel Cakes!

Right now I can imagine exactly how they smell. Crispy fried sweet dough topped with ice cream, strawberries and powdered sugar. I remember one was always big enough to share. And, it was almost as fun watching them being made as it was to eat them (the dough getting squeezed out of those bags into the deep fryer in a back and forth criss-cross pattern).
