Sealing your bag of chips sans a clip, with a few cool origami-like folds instead.

It’s back in our collective consciousness once again thanks to Bravo’s top chef Padma Lakshmi  ( “How am I just finding out about this now?”)   She’d never seen it before, and was so surprised and  impressed, she’s determined to spread the word to everyone.
