That’s why Canadian Blood Services is asking for new donors to give blood at the 820 Wharncliffe Road South donor centre in London.

Every minute, someone in Canada needs blood for their care. Patients in London hospitals need 38,000 units of blood and blood products every year.

Half of Canada’s population can give blood. However, only four per cent of Canadians actually give blood.

Every year, 3,300 new donors are needed in London to meet patient care needs. Please take part and make a life-saving difference:
