London residents say they’re pretty satisfied with City services and overall, have a good quality of life.
That’s according to results of the City’s annual Citizen Satisfaction Survey conducted in late May and early June.
The numbers show 93% of respondents believe their quality of life is good and 89% are satisfied with the services they receive. That’s on-par with the national average.
Transportation remains the most important issues facing the City with development and infrastructure coming in second.
Residents also believe the Forest City is a welcoming community.
Parks and green spaces, public libraries, drinking water protection and fire, police and paramedics were some of the services residents were most happy with.
Results of the survey are used by city council to help identify specific needs, develop the budget and improve services.
