Hi!

It’s kind of daunting, isn’t it?  Trying to come up with something for your holiday potluck that everyone will enjoy.

I told you if my Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip went over well at our potluck, I would post it.  I’m happy to say, the gang polished it off.

My niece Jennifer introduced me to this recipe and I’ve gone back to it over the years and people seem to go for it, thankfully.  If you’re looking for something that’s kind of hearty, but still works as an appetizer, and reminds you of wing night at your favourite pub, this fits the bill.  You can make adjustments to make it as hot (by that I mean spicy) as you want.  And it can be heated up in a microwave, so that makes it a good option if you have to travel to a place where oven space is either limited, or not available.  You could even put it in a slow cooker to keep it warm.

By the way, one change that I make.. instead of stirring the ranch or blue cheese dressing in, I spoon it on top after it’s baked.  I like the contrast in flavours and temperatures.  Just a thought.

Enjoy!
