OPP believe that speed and alcohol are a factor in a Saturday night crash that killed an Ingersoll man and sent two to hospital with injuries.

The single vehicle collision happened on 19th line in Zorra Township. The driver was travelling northbound when the vehicle left the roadway and entered the ditch, causing the vehicle to strike a hydro pole and collide with a tree. The impact ejected a male passenger from the backseat.

All three male occupants of the vehicle were transported to hospital, and the 21 year old driver was pronounced deceased there.

Both passengers remain in hospital with undetermined injuries.
