A land deal, nearly 4 years in the making, will essentially double the size of the King’s University College campus in London.
The college has acquired over 18 hectares of land formerly belonging to St. Peter’s Seminary which is owned by the Diocese of London.
The parcel of land on Waterloo Street at Huron Street includes the St. Thomas Aquinas residence building which will be rented back to the Diocese.
Further terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
