Norfolk OPP have closed off Highway 24 between Windham Road 3 and Norfolk County Road 19 East following a serious collision that has sent 10 people to hospital, one in life threatening condition.
The 5 vehicle pile-up happened this morning near Waterford. Police video from the scene shows two heavily damaged trucks, a crumpled car, and a damaged flatbed vehicle in the ditch.
It’s known at this time when the roadway will reopen.  The crash investigation is ongoing.
