A London woman was left a little shaken after she had her vehicle stolen in the South End.

Police responded to the area of Baseline Road and Cathcart Street around 10am yesterday in reports that a woman had been approached by a man, brandished a knife and proceeded to steal her vehicle.

The car was located abandoned on Belgrave Avenue and the driver seemed to have fled on foot. The suspect has yet to be located.

He is described as a white male, in his 20s, with light brown hair and multiple tattoos. He was believed to be wearing a dark coloured sweater or hoodie.

The victim was not injured and an investigation is ongoing.
